At Bitworn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a refund under the following conditions:
- Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase. - Refund Process
If you want to request a refund, please contact our customer support team at Customer@bitworn.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and details about the product(s). - Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. - Non-refundable Items
Some items are not eligible for a refund, including:- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Opened or used items, such as certain electronics or hygiene-related products
- Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Our 7-Day Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return an item, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Return
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. - How to Return
- Before returning the item, please make sure to record a video while opening the parcel. This is required to ensure that any damage during shipping is documented, making the return process smoother and valid.
- Do not accept the parcel if it is already opened or damaged by the rider at the time of delivery. If this occurs, inform our support team immediately at Customer@bitworn.com.
- To start the return process, contact us at Customer@bitworn.com with your order number and video documentation of the unopened parcel. Our team will guide you through the next steps for the return.
- Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure that the item is returned safely. - Inspection and Processing
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return policy conditions. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed, and you will be notified via email. - Damaged or Defective Items
If the item you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Customer@bitworn.com. We will arrange for a return at no extra charge and either issue a refund or send you a replacement. - Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Perishable items (e.g., batteries, cosmetics, etc.)
- Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
